Our Manufacturing Process

We employ a highly structured manufacturing system inside our Ahmedabad factory. This systematic process ensures premium quality, consistent fits, and fast turnaround times.

Fabric Selection

We source only high-density cottons, Liva certified rayons, rich flex linens, and premium silk georgettes. Every batch of fabric undergoes shrinkage testing and color-fastness testing before production starts.

Step 2

Precision Cutting

Our pattern masters create precise design blocks for Kurtis and Pants. Fabric layers are laid out systematically and cut using high-efficiency electric cutting machines to ensure absolute size consistency.

Step 3

Master Tailoring & Embroidery

Skilled tailors stitch the panels using modern industrial sewing machines. Custom handwork, zari work, lace additions, and heavy computer embroideries are applied carefully under strict supervision.

Step 4

Double Quality Checks

Each stitched garment goes through a detailed two-stage inspection. Inspectors verify length measurements, examine seams for loose threads, and check overall finish. Any defect is sent back to tailoring instantly.

Step 5

Steam Pressing & Safe Packing

Approved garments are steam ironed to remove creases. Individual pieces are poly-bagged, grouped into sets by size ranges, and packed securely into heavy corrugated boxes to ensure safe transit across India.
